Training & Facilitation

We are content & creative facilitation experts. Our core in-house training programs focus on helping participants grow from being unconscious communicators to collaboration champions.  Our Leveled Program, and our 2-day Mediation and bespoke offerings, foster conflict confidence and competency.

Profiling Tools & Assessments

We use research-backed psychometric tools to increase self-awareness, explore team dynamics and solve organisational challenges. We are certified TTI Success insights® (DISC, Workplace Motivators & Emotional Quotient) and Conflict Dynamics Profile® practitioners, and Conflict Management Styles experts.

1:1 Coaching

Our coaching service is specifically designed to empower individuals to develop the skills needed to manage conflicts independently and successfully. We use the CINERY Conflict Coaching® model, a proven effective and collaborative approach to resolving conflicts.

Mediation

Our highly skilled, independent, and Nationally Accredited (NMAS) mediators provide a confidential and structured process to enable a constructive discussion and resolution of issues. We empower people to reach mutually agreeable solutions and focus on interest-based and sustainable negotiations.

Facilitated Discussion

Our facilitators work with teams experiencing conflict to engage in a constructive and supported dialogue on issues that need resolution.  Less formal than mediation, these discussions often work toward an understanding of the past and preferred ways of communicating and working in the future.
